The grapes are pressed and the must is clarified through the flotation. Selected yeasts are then added for about 7/9 days of temperature controlled fermentation. The second fermentation takes place in autoclave for about 90 days where the wine reaches the desired pressure.

PRODUCTION METHOD: Guyot
WINE TYPE: White sparkling wine – Charmat method along.
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 6°- 8° C
COLOUR: Straw yellow with greenish reflections. SCENT: Fruity, fresh and delicate.
TASTE: Joyful, dry, white foam and lively perlage till.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 11.5% voI.
PREFERABLE MATCHES: A whole meal by itself as an aperitif, but can also be accompanied by starters, fish dishes, rice, and fresh cheeses.
