PRODUCING COUNTRY: Italy | Friuli Venezia Giulia

GRAPE VARIETY: Pinot Nero: small, cylindrical cluster whose berries
are small, oval-shaped and purple black in color; simple flavor

VINE TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot- simple Cappuccina, excellent plant intensity, short pruning, 5-10 buds

HARVEST PERIOD: The first period of maturation, middle of September

VINIFICATION: The de-stemmed grapes ferment in maceration with the berries for two weeks

COLOR: Light red with slight garnet shades, transparent

AROMA: Of ripe fruit and cherry jelly

TASTE: Refined, mellow, slightly almondy and of hazelnut

SERVE WITH: Sausages, salami and raw prosciutto ham, barley and beans, gnocchi with sauce and savory pasta dishes, roasted meats and game

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14-15°
