PEPPE BUIO VINO BIANCO
VINIFICATION: Selection of grapes in vineyards and
cellars, grapes dirty-pressing, white vinification at
controlled temperature for 6-8 days. Aging on fine lees for
about 90 days and a further 2 months in the bottle.
Bright straw yellow.Wine
with intense and elegant scent, with fruity notes of apricot
and pear pear followed by aromas of exotic fruit. Read
spicy vanilla notes and herbaceous honey notes
complement the aromatic spectrum. In the mouth it has
an invitant taste, fresh and fragrant with a pleasant
mineral note along the finish
GASTRONOMIC SUGGESTIONS: Pasta filled with stuffed
white meats and cheeses, seafood and seafood dishes or
simply as an unpleasant aperitif.
ALCOHOL: 11.5 -12% vol.
