The grapes come exclusively from vineyards in the municipalities of Franciacorta.
GRAPES: 90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Nero – 12% Vol.
AGING: Our cuvée is obtained by natural second fermentation in the bottle, with a period of “élevage” on the yeasts for no less than 20 months.
TASTE: AROMA: Its delicate floral bouquet, with hints of yeast, enhances freshness on the palate and tangy minerality.
SERVING SUGGESTION: Excellent as an aperitif and ideal with appetizers. It goes best with delicate first courses, fish, white meat, oysters and shellfish.
